Onsite IT Support
Most IT problems can be solved remotely. But sometimes you need someone there in person: to replace a failed device, set up a new office, investigate a network issue, or just to have an experienced pair of hands on-site.
ClearPath provides onsite IT support across Kent, Medway and South East London, either as part of a support package or on a pay-as-you-go basis.
When Onsite Support Is Needed
Remote support solves the majority of day-to-day IT issues quickly and without interruption to your business. But some situations genuinely require a physical presence:
- Hardware replacement or repair (failed hard drives, screen replacements, etc.)
- Network cabling, switch installation or Wi-Fi access point placement
- New office IT setup or relocation
- Device deployment: setting up a batch of new laptops or desktops
- Printer or peripheral installation that resists remote support
- Security incidents where a physical presence is needed
- Anything where hands-on access is faster or more reliable than remote access
Coverage Area
Onsite visits are available across:
- Kent: including Gravesend, Dartford, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Maidstone and surrounding areas
- Medway: Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham, Strood and surrounding areas
- South East London: Sidcup, Bexley, Eltham, Lewisham and surrounding areas
For locations outside these areas, I’ll quote based on travel time and distance. Existing clients outside the area are served on a case-by-case basis.
Scheduled or Emergency
Scheduled visits: Planned visits for ongoing maintenance, device deployment or IT projects. Scheduled at a time that works for your business to minimise disruption.
Emergency visits: For urgent situations where remote support isn’t sufficient. I’ll aim to attend as quickly as possible. Emergency call-out rates apply outside business hours.
What to Expect
I’ll arrive prepared. Before any onsite visit, I’ll gather as much information as possible about the issue so I can bring the right tools and equipment. Time on-site is focused and efficient; I won’t be diagnosing from scratch when I arrive.
After the visit, I’ll document what was done so there’s a clear record for future reference.
